Private Sessions
Please see below for the different types of sessions I offer, including pricing. Sessions can be more active (Yang) or passive (Yin). They can be various styles or a combination of. They can include Hatha, flow, Yin, Restorative, Gentle, Meditation, Pranayama, MFR, and/ or Yoga conditioning. Each practice will be functional and adapted to you.
I also offer Cyclical Yoga sessions (this can include Menstrual Cycle, Perimenopause, Moon Cycle, and Seasonal Yoga).
